Hi

I got a parking fine which I think is wrong.

(1) The photos I was sent could have been edited as the end of the single yellow was behind my car but the photo just shows leaves which cover the single yellow line end marker. Did they edit in leaves? and are digital photo legal evidence now any how?

(2) Could it be that my back bumper was overhanging the single yellow line? (not that the photo clearly shows this) What are rules to do with bumper overhang and yellow lines? If it was just a 1cm or so is that OK?

Many thanks

1) If they did it's easy to detect with the actual digital photo and that's perverting the course of justice, serious. Seems unlikely.

2) Contary to popular belief your car cannot overhang the line even if the wheels are not actually on the line.
