I've decided today to do a little 'Body and Soul'.....
for my body I plan to go for a cycle in the fresh air,....
for my soul I plan to eat loads of chocolate.
Any better ideas for B & S?

For my BODY i have just drank a Latte from Costas - as i couldnt sleep at all last night

For my SOUL i'm going to watch Arsenal at the Emirates tonight!!!! WOoo hooooooooooooooooooooooo! First time visit, although game was supposed to be held in Jan... so slightly delayed visit - although if we get beaten my BODY and SOUL will be destroyed :o(
