oi grumps , i need to make a complaint to fullers pub head office , but i keep getting the brewery address
u cant make a complaint to the brewery can you ?
The brewery could well be where the head office is located.
Question Author
thank u but your not 100 per cent sure ??? i dont want to write to them , if they only make the beer and not the owners of the company
Ask the landlord, or are you barred? :)
Question Author
how dare you !!! na im not barred but you know wat i was on a business meeting and driving so i ordered a lemonade , they charged me 2pound !!!! outrageous
Some pubs are owned by brewers (the brewery is the place that brewers make beer) and the landlords are tenants or staff of the brewers. However, others are independently owned and could be staffed by the owners or their employees, but stock only beer by one brewer company because of the deal that they get. Others are totally independant and stock what they like. It is quite complicated, you are best to ask one of the staff if you can. I presume that pubs would display the licencee of the pub and this might give you a clue as to how it is set up. Don't know if this helps!
Sorry I thought you were going to phone them. If it's a mailing address, it's bound to be where the head office is. Fountainpark Brewery, Caledonian Brewery, Tennants Brewery's all have their head office in the same place, you might want to try and call their complaints dept or speak to your local councillor or something, it's heavy duty that designated drivers have to fork out more to stay sober when it's against the law to drink drive!
Couldnt you have just put it on expenses and let it go? They want you in there all night buying beer, not sneeking in for a toilet break under the pretence of a lemonade. Tight ass.

thanks all thanks skreech xxx
GRUMPS - no not on expenses also lol i not being tight its the principle of it , i can buy a whole bottle of lemonade down the shops for less then 2 quid they are taking the mick with their prices !!
This is an extremely difficult one. A brewery is where you brew beer and a pub is where you drink beer. Something, I believe called a dray, takes the beer from the brewery to the pub. This is a godsend for me, as I would hate the thought of having to travel 180 miles per day round trip to the brewery, if there was no draymen. Hope this helps.
