Two questions -

1. Is the 30mph zone you refer to the minimum or maximum speed limit?

2. Does bike refer to a bicycle or a motorbike?

good point Osprey, if it is the minimum (example on certain higher speed roads) then certain vehicles inc bicycles, mopeds, horses (yes i know a horse is not a vehicle) and motorised wheelchairs are not allowed on these roads.
