VW Polo Radio Has Stopped Working!?

I was driving home last night and was listening to the radio fine, I went into my house for 5 minutes and when I came back out and started my car it didnt work I could only get a local station not capital or kiss. My CD player is working absolutely fine it is just the radio that seems to have gone wrong! Any ideas?

has the Antenna fallen off?
or the connector to the antenna, pop out of the back of the radio, or somewhere along the line?

The antenna is still on the top of the car but I dont know how to check the back of the radio as the unit is all sealed?
