marrying a foreign national

hi there my g/f is from south africa and her visa expires in sept, i am very much in love with her and wish to marry her so as she doesnt have to leave me, what i would like to know is what do i need to do to make this a totally legitimate arrangement in the eyes of uk laws..................so if you could help me on this matter or fwd on an email address or website or offer me any kind of advice, assistance or whatever, then you would be helping a great deal which i would really appreciate.

why dont you check with the proper authorities and get it properly and lagally.

i notice that you say that you love her and wish to marry her, my question is ,does she love you and wish to marry you, if yes, is it for the right reasons. many many uk nationals have been caught by the foreigner wanting to marry a uk resident trap, once they get the visa you never see them again. sorry to put damper on it but it happens a lot. be aware of this.

yes yes i have no doubt of her love for me, trust me on this people.............all we need to know is, what are the proper channels for us to go down regarding this, as i said also let me know if you have been caught up in a similar situation............what happened?????????????
