Is it possible to get free view using a portable ariel, i want it in my bedroom, but there is no connection to an external ariel. I get pretty good recipetion on the channels currently, but would like a bit more choice.

This really depends on the transmission in your area but if you want a stronger reception you can buy a potable ariel that will boost your signal. All you need to do is plug it in a wall socket and Tv and da-da. I think they cost about �15 - �20 depending on where you live.
