Right, I'm sorry this isn't more specific but I only briefly saw this advert the other day and am yet to see it again!
I do however know it's a track by Sufjan Stevens off of the 'Illinois' album! I'll look out for it and try to get a definite track for you soon! sorry!

I found out which one it is with the help of youtube!!

And the track is called (it is a mouthful I warn you!)...
'Concerning the UFO Sighting Near Highland, Illinois'

I highly recommend the album if you like this song!! Well worth it! Plus it has plenty of other awesomely named tracks!! Enjoy!!
