............can I return them because they have pinched and blistered my foot?

I bought a pair of shoes a week and a half ago and I noticed that they rubbed my toe a bit. I've had that before and the shoes have usually softened up and been fine. However, these shoes are as hard as the day I bought them and are getting more uncomfortable by the hour!!

As they still look new, could I take them back and exchange them or am I out of luck?

I didn't think you could return shoes just becasue they pinched and blistered - surely it's upto you to make sure you get the right size? I've bought plenty that pinched the same by the way, just never considered taking them back!

Most shoes can't be returned (unless faulty) once the sole has been 'scratched' or visibly worn so I reckon you are out of luck.

Once shoes have been worn outside so the soles and heel's are scuffed, you cannot get a refund or exchange unless they are faulty - maybe if the heel is a bit loose, you might be able to get a refund????
u wont be able to take them back after you've wore them most shops are stupidly strict about items taken back that have something wrong with them however this isnt a problem with the SHOE so a refund would be a no no
where did you get them?

Cheers folks.

CheekyChops - I DID get the right size, but part of the stitching/join is very rigid on one shoe. It softened up quickly on the other shoe but has stayed as it was on the "offending one".

Looks like I'll be buying anohter pair of shoes at the weekend! :o)
If the stitching is not quite "right" I would try takint them back. Otherwise try rubbing the offending bit down with a bit of sandpaper -it may help

Took the shoes back this morning and the shop gave me a full refund - no quibble, no questions! :o)
