could be sooty mould. Rub your finger on them and if it comes off then it probably is.

Thanks,
But have you any idea how get rid of the problem,

It is in a pot, it is not pot bound.

Thanks
if it is sooty mould then it can be wiped off uisng soapy water. You may find you have an aphid problem as the sooty mould forms on the honey dew which comes from aphids. If so then you will need to treat for this which can be done by spraying with a pesticide.
just a thought since you have mentioned this is in a pot. Is is possible it is starved and in need of some feed which may be causing the leaves to darken. You can buy a specialist Camellia feed from most garden centres.

I have washed the leaves with soapy water, and it all came off,
So now i am off to the garden center to get something to spray on it.

Thanks a bunch guys.
