I have recently bought a PC with Vista Home Premuim pre installed on it, however my old modem will not connnect to the internet (Tiscali is the ISP). Tiscali sent me another modem a Thomson Speedtouch 330 but i still cannot get it to access the internet. I have been back to where i bought the PC (PC World) and they downloaded some drivers for me (which did not work) and Tiscali have said it is not their problem. Please can someone help me get connected to the web. Thanks very much

Why don't you buy a Modem/Router from the PC stores then you can discard your current modem. Before using the wireless setup connect via Ethernet cable which eliminates most of the problems associated with wireless.
