Chinese herbal place is a good place to start, they do some good creams and liquids for spots.
Also try a tea tree oil zapper pen maybe? Becareful using to much though as they can dry the skin out and make it very dry and could ultimatley end up casing more spots. or alternativley try a face wash that does the same sort of thing.keep eatting good food and exercising. but also get plenty of sleep.I use a Nivia light sensistive face cram before my makeup and at night a garnier one, they are both really good. Might help keep the face fresh. My only other sugesstion is to maybe exfoliate the face with the new face cloths that are on the telly. one side cleans the other works like a face spa! Hope this all helps.
You do not need to spend a fortune to get a good skin.

Avoid alcool and smoking.
Drink plenty of water and not cold.

You should stick to a good skin care regime everyday.
Avoid make up remover as they do clogs up the pores.
Wash twice daily with a good facial wash, and use a good toner without alcool followed by a good moisturiser.
You should exfoliate at least 3 times a week at night.
this will give time to your skin to repair itself and apply a masque at least once a week.
Avoid expensive products that may b to harsh on your skin
Give your skin at least a month to come back to normal.
Tried body shop? let me know.
