Thanks Zen! Norfolk is the place i'm looking for in particular. The website doesnt seem to have any unusual vehicles in my local area!

Don't be too hasty. Very few of these vehicles are licensed, or properly insured, Consequently, they have not been mechanically examined and the background of the drivers has never been checked. Before booking, ask to see the licences for the vehicles and the insurance certificates.

Many "unusual" vehicles can only be used for weddings (and funerals) all others have to be licenced. Some local licencing autorities now have "Special Event Vehicle" licence. This is to cater for the more exotic vehicles, but the vehicle and driver are checked out.
