At what age should you begin using them? I dont have any wrinkles but am starting to wonder if prevention might be better than cure?

Prevention is most definitely better than a cure , it's nigh impossible to budge stubborn wrinkles once you have them.
I started using a light night cream at the age 20 , not only is it helping prevent wrinkles , it also keeps my skin moist and hydrated.
I recommend a moderately thick reasonable cream like Olays night cream which you can buy in Semi Chem for 2.99!!!
the earlier the better.make sure day creams have spf in them and try and steer clear of the obvious agers ie sunbeds, smoking
Always moisturise. And drink plenty of water. Plumps your skin.
Water, day cream with SPF, sleep on your back and most of all enjoy life. Stress, worry and anger give you more wrinkles.
Ever noticed how people with a positive and fun outlook on life look younger?
