anyone know how to unblock a samsung e 55o, daughter has had it since xmas, sodding thing wont work,tried �1 per hour lines zilch, please help...

I would maybe take it into a phone shop like carphone warehouse where they would give you a puk code for free.. Or ringing customer services..
