When I use MS Money and export a list of transactions to Excel the transactions are always in a negative number format. i.e. -98.99. When I then create an accounts sheet in Excel which is the purpose of the export I want the numbers to appear in a positive format i.e. 98.99.

My question then is; is it possible to change all the numbers in a spreadsheet from negative to positive without doing each one individually and still retain their values i.e.-98.99 becoming 98.99. TIA

There may well be a way to achieve this within Excel itself, but may I suggest that you install an Excel add-in named ASAP Utilities which offers many useful tools for data manipulation, one of which enables you to convert negative numbers to positive.
