inundated with spam - polease help
despite deleting everything by hitting the spam button i am getting an average of 300 spam emails a day
I have not signed up to anything and am getting rather tired of all this junk mail... any help in getting rid of it all is appreciated!!

MIght I suggest you think of using your email name at a different host i.e gmail, hotmail or yahoo etc.
I know it might be a pain but there's hardly anything you can really do about junk emails. I'm getting a similar amount to you for my Gmail account and yet I've only sent out a couple e-mail to my partner.
