Theres some cracking Cd's out at the moment if you spend most of your time in the rock/pop section I would suggest: T.V. on the Radio (like bloc party and radiohead mixed) The Frattelis - Costello Music (brit award winners) and if you wanna get vack to basic with one of the 3 bands tat influenced modern pop music: The Velvet Underground (anything would do really. But HMV do the greatest hits for �7) The other 2 in my opinion being The Smiths (I really dislike them) and The Beatles (over rated)
