Your tutor should be able to find out since the timetables have been published but I believe the dates are the 4th and 11 th Jun
sorry to ask the obvious, but why did you book a holiday during your exam period?
pingping, how dare you post a response like that? Surely the poor student has every right to go on holiday. Why did the exam board not ask all of the students what their holiday plans are? Surely there could be a good case here for suing the exam board or even the tutor for not knowing when the exam is.

Aye right! Lovely response pingping, well said!!

Just so you know ping ping not that is your business or that you should post a message like that, the holiday was booked last June, i applied to college in the August at the last minute. But lucky the holiday is in this country and i will be travelling back for the exam. Thanks for you answers.
I think Pingping had a point!

I mean come on, it's DRUMMED into students heads - and I know cos it wasn't that long ago that I was one - NOT to book holidays over the exam period!

It's not rocket science - it's common sense! rebajayne I wish you all the best in your maths exam, I truly do, but you're not the brightest tool in the toolbox to book a holiday over exam time! Seriously - how dumb can you get! If it was your parents who booked it, they should have the decency to realise it's exam time and these exams are IMPORTANT!

I despair!

Maybe this might make me even thicker then but im 26years old im not 16. I know excatly when exams are, but i did not know i would have to resit my maths GCSE when i started my access course to be able to go on to universtiy this year.
Please dont speak to me like im a child i dont know who you think you are coming on to my question and having a go.
Maybe you should post a question PLEASE HELP ME REMOVE MY HEAD FROM MY BACKSIDE!!
Well said rebajayne- we're having the same problem my son is doing A levels and my brother in law has decided to get married in Italy in June sometimes these things happen. I've been in touch with the school and they have checked the timetables and assured me that he shouldn't miss any exams, check with one of the schools as everbody sits them on the same day.
