Alternative to Virgin Cable without the Satellite Dish

Hi,
Now we can't get Sky 1 on Virgin anymore my boyfriend wants to cancel. We'd get Sky but our lease says we're not allowed to put a satellite dish on the building. Is there any way we can get digital TV - the channels we'd want are Sky 1, Living, E4, BBC3, maybe some music and film channels, etc.
What should we do?
