I have made no recent changes to my pc, but when doing a send/receive, the send part now throws up an error: (0x800CCC65) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 503 No recipient(s).'
It is always tring to 'send message 1 of 1' but I have nothing ready waiting to be sent, hence it pops up with the above error all the time!
Extremely grateful for any help on this one!

Ok from what i can see from your question and a bit of research your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is having a problem with their outgoing e-mail server. I would contact them and ask if they have any problems. Let me know how you get on.

Thanks for that..

After a lot of detection work myself, it appears one of my incoming emails where the sender had asked for a 'receipt' of their message being delivered, had got 'stuck'. It was this message which was continually trying to be sent.
I eventually found a tool to download which could remove this 'ghost' email.
Problem all solved now...
Thank for replying......
