Simply, yes. As a farmer it is reasonably foreseeable that animals can cause damage. If the damage caused is unforeseeable (for instance a cow driving a tractor into a shed) then that may be different.

But ultimately as a farmer you expect that from time to time a cow may cause damage to property.
