Could anyone refresh my memory and tell me how to check how much of your ram your computer is currently using?

Right click on the task bar and select task manager (or hold ctrl+alt+del). The performance tab will give you a summary of memory available and being used.

Go to the process tab to see the amount of memory individual processes are using.

there is a free prog available that will clean your systen and if you go into tools when you have it on it allows you to clean the memory
