If the sale of a house falls through because the tenants wont leave at the end of the lease, is there any course of action that can be taken either against the tenants or the management company? Can any costs incurred be claimed via the small claims court?

hi, you have the right to evict the tennants with a court orderand you should, if the agents collect the rent for you be able to charge them for it. contact the c/a/b online to find out more. or call them 08701202402. citizens advice.
