The middle one looks like the bloke from the Vicar of Dibley. The one whose son married the weird blonde bird (sorry ~ only seen it twice and can't remember the names of the characters)

Agree with Samuel about The Vicar of Dibley guy. His name is Gary Waldhorn. Don't know the others lol....
