Has anyone had one of these? If so, what's it like and what does it do? A friend has booked us in for one at the end of the month, but won't tell me what 's involved!

this is where ur body is wrapped in elasticated bandages, for an hour. it works on water retention within the body and as a result there is a temporary inch loss. be prepared to stand there naked whilst being wrapped.... you can leave ur pants on but nothing else.

Thanks butterfly19, I'd given up hope of finding out after all this time! It's on Friday, so at least I shall have some idea of what's going to happen!
