Looks pretty versatile, but honestly how long is it before it is gathering dust underneath the bed?
Also a lot of the exercises are done kneeling which would rag my knees.
Look at 'fabled cables' from ironmind which do pretty much the same thing.
Also, when one of the elastics breaks how easy is it to replace?
I do like the idea of the complete system though with videos etc
