Hi I'm trying to find out some info about the music used in the new Royal Mail advert.

It's the ad with a postman walking through cuts in the backdrop. The music sounds a little like the work of Yann Tiersen (Amelie soundtrack).

Hi. It sounds to me more like Mike Oldfield. I would say from the album "Ommadawn" but I'm not sure...will check it.
Hi, it's me again.It's Mike Oldfield, but the title of the song is "In Dulce Jubilo". You can find the song in the Album Elements:the best of Mike Oldfield.
I'm not sure of the answer, but I just wanted to correct that it most certainly is NOT In Dulce Jubilo, and have no idea how you could even interpret it as sounding like it.

I have contacted Royal Mail and their response was;

Dear Mr Oliver

Thank you for your email regarding the current Royal Mail television commercial.

The music used is "In Dulce Jubilo", by Mike Oldfield. It is available on the album "Elements: the best of Mike Oldfield".

If we can be of any further assistance please contact us again.
