You can use it in vinaigrette sauce or sprinkled on meat to tenderize it;
I love it as salad dressing and I believe it's very good on strawberries but I've never tried them!
mozzeralla cheese, basil leaves, tomatoes:
place a circle of chesse, followed by a basil leave, than a circle of tomato and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, delicious !!!

also try it on strawberries, just a little mind !
Mix it with good quality olive oil and dip crusty bread into it - lovely!

Also if you are roasting onions, peppers, mushrooms pour over your veggies add some oregano and mix through before roasting.

I have heard it is delicious on strawberries and also vanilla icecream but it has to be really high quality balsamic. I haven't tried it though.

:o)
try it on tuna instead of vineger for sandwiches
We do this often...
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon grainy or Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon finely minced shallot
1 small clove garlic, peeled and forced through a press
2 teaspoons each finely chopped parsley, basil and mint
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1-1/4 pounds salmon fillet
Place the orange juice, vinegar, mustard, oil, shallot, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a jar. Close lid and shake well to blend.

Place salmon in a foil-lined pan and spoon a little of the vinaigrette over the fish. Bake in a preheated 450 degree F. oven 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until cooked through. Spoon the remaining vinaigrette over each serving of fish.

Additionally, place about 3 tablespoons full of raspberry jam in 1/2 cup of good balsamic and wisk until jam is blended thoroughly. Pour over a good quality vanilla ice cream for dessert...

Drizzled over seared scallops... and I can vouch for teag1rl and the strawberries if it is a good balsamic :-)
