I'd be very grateful for any pointers please for the remaining two questions in each quiz.?

The answers to these two are all literary characters.
42. Trade name is both British and Norwegian (5)
55. Barman puts drink on the bar (7)

The answers to these two are all drinks
5. Game to produce poor quality china? (9) (I want to put champagne here but not sure.)
18. Drink that shakes the bra loose! (6,5)

Anyway no 5 ..is this Bad(minton)..according to my Chambers dictionary ....it's a cooling summer drink of of claret ,sugar and soda water ?

thank you all very much. The only answer I'm not too sure about is No 42, Brand. I can't find a literary character with that name! Any other suggestions??
Brand is a character of Henrik Ibsen (Norwegian).
Does that help?
"Brand" is a play by Ibsen - I suppose that's where the Norweigan part of the clue comes in - It's a verse tragedy and Brand is the name of the main character.
