Mikomi heaset problems

Hey there!
I have a major problem with my Mikomi HS-819USB headset which I bought today from Argos. It came with no hardware and said it was plug and play. I connected it and it recognised it, but I got the "Windows not could install the hardware for MEDIA. Please contact your hardware vendor for assistance" messgae and I get no sound through my headphones or microphone.

Can anyone help me??

I returned the damned thing to Argos and got my money back in the end!
