How do I print off graph paper in square sizes of my own choosing, say, 5mm and 10mm squares. I need this for the floor plan of a flat.

If you have excel you could make cells 5mm by 5mm or 10mm by 10mm and then select enough to print an A4 sheet. Or you could try doing it with a table in word.
