Budapest

Im thinking of arranging my friends stag do to Budapest or somewhere near in eastern europe. Has anyone been that can recommend either Budapest or like I said somewhere like this.

I've been Budapest twice and it would be good, but how about Riga ? I went last summer. Ive been to most european cities, Riga has a great atmosphere and also has a beach called jumala ....it has some great hotels too and much cheaper than Budapest.
