Tracing a trader

This is very possibly not the ideal section to place this but here goes. My memory stick of a few months packed up and I can't get hold of the supplier viewcon.biz to arrange a return and refund. Does anyone know what happened to them and/or have any suggestions what I should do ? Any and all (serious) ideas welcomed.

I got that info from the (apparently now defunct) website as cached by Google.

Checking out their Company Registration with Companies House, it seems they have relocated to:

rojash, I am utterly bowled over - so impressed am I by your answers. Many thanks indeed, I will now chase this up and hopefully get somewhere. I had seen an apparent link to a Dainty Trading when I googled but obviously lacked the initiative that you have.
