dos anyone have any idea how long something should take to be shipped from america to UK using Global Priority Mail and does it arrive in the normal post or through a courier e.g parcel force

I live in Spain and do quite a lot of purchases from eBay USA. Global Priority, which costs me 6 or 9 dollars depending on dimensions of envelope, takes at most one week to deliver the goods to my country. I figure it would be roughly the same for the UK.

I have bought a few things from the states & usually it has taken 7-10 days to reach me in the UK.It's always been delivered by my regular postman.

It will be delivered by your regular postman unless it is over a certain weight, 2 kilos I think. If it is above this weight then parcelforce will deliver it. You will then have the privelege of paying them £13.50 to bring your parcel to you from customs!
