I suffer with cold hands and feet too, my doc diagnosed raynauds! I turn a lovely shade of purple in this weather!!!!!
Dehydration can cause cold extremities.
I've regularly suffered this problem too but strangely over the past few months autumn & winter months I haven't noticed it at all and the only difference in my lifestyle is that I now do a 30-40 minute gentle workout in the gym two or three times a week.
I don't know whether the exercise has got my heart pumping more effectively and beefed up my circulation but so far this winter I haven't suffered cold feet in bed once, and that really is unusual for me.
