Music tracks on DVD

I have the music DVD "The Eagles Farewell 1 Tour" and on there are some tracks that do not appear on any CDs. Does anyone out there know if I can "extract" these tracks and burn them to CD or put them on my MP3 player ?
If this is easy and you feel I should know then I apologise in advance !!

Some DVD rippers will let you extract the audio layer.. you should be able to recode the audio to MP3 format. search good for Free dvd rippers.
