Does anybody agree that bullfighting should be stopped?

I know its a bit random but i saw it on holiday and found it absolutley disgusting. Are there any charities suppporting a ban against bullfighting? And do you agree that this should be stopped? TIA

Highly commendable too oopsy- they just differ greatly with my own, well on those two topics anyway. Still world would be a duller place if we all agreed on everything eh? :-)

You see, I have hunted in my past and I am completely omniverous. I believe that we have become the most over protective race to a point of being pathetic. ( not meant personally, you guys, so please don't take it as such) Oh to be a cavewoman ug !

Until we can enforce our foxhunting laws properly, I don't think we are in a position to judge other countries 'traditions'

Yes ~ it should be stopped.

The fox hunting situation is ridiculous. I would imagine that the majority of the population wanted it stopped, but we seem powerless to make sure it really does stop.

I don't eat meat so won't get into the chicken arguement. However, the petition site is a bit of a farce really cos half the people on there are 'Britney Spears' etc with really pi** taking comments. I'm sure they won't submit it to anyone anyway.

I agree it should be stopped - but I am English.

The Spanish have a cultural history of bullfighting, and a totally different attitude to animals than we do.

I hate anything frightened or hurt for 'sport' - I certainly don;t support it in any way, although I love Spain passionately.
