How to connect bluetooth headset to K750i please?

I have a bluetooth headset I used to use with my nokia but now have sony k750i. I can't seem to pick up the divice at all. Any tips on what I need to do please. I've put both devices on and searched and tried to add the divice but again nothing is found. Any ideas please? Many thanks.

you will have to ensure that the headset is in "pairing" mode before you set the phone to look for it ... see instructions or nokia site or any decent phone shop to find out ... usually something like press and hold on/off button for a couple of seconds ...
