ipod nana - how do i organise the music on my nano?

It is organised in albums and folders on my PC, but when i load it on to my NANO - it's all mixed up - also - it is a 8GB nano - but i also don't seem to be able to load music videos on.

Sorry - but i am trying to learn this - don't seem to get it right.

You're using iTunes right? Are they not ordered in iTunes?

Also, the nano doesn't do video. Not much point with a screen so small.
