Hi all! I have recently acquired a nice blender, and after trying my hand at smoothies and milkshakes (had a greek yogurt, banana and peach smoothie for breakie...yummm!), I would like to try cocktails now! :O)
Now, I was thinking of making a Bailey's and ice one like in the advert - just ice and bailey's. Can I use the cheaper version of bailey's, ie: Irish cream? Would it be as good?
Anybody tried it? thanks!

You could try making your own Baileys, then you can add more or less coffee and whiskey depending on taste.
1 can condensed milk
4 teaspoons coffee granules
4 measures whiskey
8 ice cubes
