oh, i agree, it 's a pointless request and won't help her in the least, and i doubt anyone will do it.
she is asking if people have a lump in that place and if all women do - not if they have a sore one.
if they do, it just means hers has just become a bit inflamed, perhaps scratched, and will probably get better - if not, it means a weird unexplained sore lump has grown inside her - not too hard to grasp why she asked really!

I've just read it and it seems quite acceptable to be perfectly honest. She sounds like she just wanted someone else to check to ease her concerns. She must be worried sick and needed reassurance thats all, poor girl. I just hope she doesnt see this post. I think the answers she has had are spot on and very helpful..
