How much water should you drink per day?

On average, I drink between 1.5 and 2 litres, which I think is plenty. But it'd be just my luck to find out that I'm way off the mark!!!

1.5 litres is the recommended amount. But obviously if you were doing a physical job or lots of exercise then this should be increased accordingly.

Just make sure you're getting your RDA of champers in between the water dear... wouldn't want you getting sensible on me ;0)

Well I think ladyshy makes my butt look big but other than that I'm just didlin thank you.

Oh yeah... And we recommend 2litres if possible. And I think it's now being said that tea and coffee do count too so add that in there.

Obviously 10 cups of coffee/tea will take away from the benefit of drinking loads as I hear caffine's not the best either ;0)

I was off for 2 weeks after New Year so it gave me plenty of chill out time to sort my little head out. Needless to say I've had my low points, but the highs have well outweighed them. :o)

So what is the reason behind the name change? I know I've missed out loads since I've been off!
