I know there are loads out there but my living room is carpeted and tiny so i can't wear trainers or slide around in a big space. I want one that is not so difficult that I won't want to do it. I want to burn calories but don't want to focus too much on weights/press up type moves.

(Sounds like I don't want to do much! i do! A bit. Promise!)

Thanks in advance.

Have never done an exercise DVD, but the ones that always consistently gets 'high marks' with the 'experts' are those by Bev Callard (Liz McDonald in Corrie) who is an aerobics instructor 'in real life'.
i liked the angela griffin (or is it grithis? :\) one - that was a dance work out, but it was easy to follow yet it did do the job and you was ******** after the routine. i dunno if just using that alone works,as i did other things too aswell as weight watchers, but it did get me in a sweat. one dvd i really dont like is the corrie girls one - i thought it was absolutly crap!

i used the angela one in the living room between the setee and the fire place haha and we have carpet too :D

hi i bought the davin dvd!! i found it really good, and davina really keeps you going, theres 3 different sections to complete, and they all last 1/2 hour each, theres pump, cardio kick box, and the 3rd one is like a bit of yoga and inner strength, i used to space these 3 routines out in the week, and i really noticed the weight loss and my arms toned nicely.
