I've just gone on a diet and I hate low fat mayonnaise, so as a compromise I have blended a 200g jar of the good stuff at 79g of fat per 100g, with a 100g jar of the yukki stuff at 29g of fat per 100g, what will now be the fat content of the resulting mixture. Sorry but i'm a dunderhead when it comes to sums!

Er, 187g for the 300g jar I think .... (79gx2) + (29gx1)= 187g
I Agree. this comes out at about 62g per 100g of dressing.
which would make your new blend 62.3g of fat per 100g!
in other words, you may as well not have bothered.
