I have been given a pass to a fancy spa for the day, which says to include a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a eucalyptus steam room. My question is, what am I able to use at 22 weeks pregnant? Im quessing the steam rooms a no no. What about the jacuzzi? or heated swimming room? Thanks in advance.

swimming pool should be fine, not sure about a jacuzzi but as you reckoned a sauna is a no-no certainly because of the heat. Not sure about eucalyptus as some aromatherapy oils certainly arent advised during pregnancy
if they do massages then only have one if they have someone trained in ones for pregnant women, do not have a standard massage.
Im sure you find enough to relax you and hope you have a great time
Sorry, can't advise on what you can do whilst pregnant, but have you considered saving it until you've had the baby, then you can have a wee bit me time and a relaxing day of pampering yourself?
Hope you enjoy the day!
