how to delete old ssid? it keeps interfering with the new one?

I right click on the wireless icon on the taskbar.

View available networks

Chang order of preferred networks

Highlight the ones I no longer want, and click 'remove'.

thanx. I have another problem I got two laptops & both are supposed to be connected to the wireless adsl router(netgear 834) but one gets connected easily & shows internet gateway icon as well but the other one though it says connected & excellent signal strenght but I cant get on the internet plus it doesnt show internet gateway icon? any solution?.
