Hi,I had an earlier problem with my photsmart Express which was happily solved BUT now there's another.When I try to print what is on the screen I end up with a heading and then blank paper.I tried to copy a response from AB and just got blanked! Nothing in the instruction book. Thanks for listening

If you want to copy a page, just press 'Ctrl' - 'Alt' and 'Print screen', then you can paste it to MS/Word or MS/ Publisher, or any other DTP package.
