hi iam 5 11 and very slim.i have being trying to gain weight now for sum time.ive tried most things just wonderd if anyone had any ideas.

you won't get any sympathy here, most people would give their eye teeth for you problem.

Anyway it's the opposite of dieting create a calorie credit. Eat loads, particularly protien, and exercise loads so you put on muscle rather than fat.
