Citreon C3 Power Steering Fluid

Hi. Hope someone out there can help me. My power steering has been seizing up lately and I assume it requires PS fluid top up. The problem is, I cannot find the PS reservoir. The manual doesn't state where it is although it has been ticked off on the service book so it must exist somewhere. It is a C3 1.4 hdi

moped wont start off the starter motor,

What could be wrong with my Peugeot.

I think C3s have electronic power steering, so they have no levels to check. If its playing up you had better get a garage to look into it, you don't want it failing just at the minute you need it to avoid a collision.
